HERB

We brewed this beer with our friends Left Handed Giant as an homage to the pilsners of southern Bavaria that we both love. We’ve given it our own south-western spin by using our heritage Plumage Archer barley which has been floor malted by our local Malsters in Warminster The familiar raw YQ wheat from Somerset makes up the rest of the grist. A dose of hops from Locher Hopfen in Tettnang, Germany deliver the herbaceous, floral  character one would expect and also a hint of mandarin, lemon peel and pine.
