Landbier

Landbier is a pale lager that uses regeneratively grown grains. We use both David Wilson’s Plumage Archer heritage barley and Fred Price’s YQ population wheat which actually gives back to the land. The increased genetic diversity in the field as part of a rotating farming systems that integrate livestock whilst avoiding the use of chemical inputs, creates much healthier soils to enable the continued growth of quality, nutrient dense grains.
