A Kölsch-style beer brewed with our local friends, Rye Bakery & Wine shop. An ale fermented at low temperatures before being conditioned like a lager. This beer has a slight breadiness, yet it's still light and crisp with subtle apple and pear esters from the kölsch style yeast.
